Please complete the form below if you wish to withdraw and return your order.

Please note that I accept returns up to 30 days from the receipt of your package (good to know: the legal deadline is 14 days).

Please also note that the jewelry concerned must be in new condition and must be shipped with its original case(s).

From experience, I can only advise you to opt for a signature-required delivery to reship your order.

Please also note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders (for example with a personalized engraving) or to custom-made items.

However, I have chosen to apply this right to made-to-order items, in the case of a ring resizing for example.
